The hosts (Alwin, Krishnan, and Athul) were kind, very responsive, accommodating, and just overall interesting people. They always made sure I was good, safe, and having a pleasant time. I think what they've done with the place is amazing, the initiative of a hostel/artspace is one that deeply resonates with me. It’s not your typical stay—this place has a soul of its own, filled with art, creativity, and a sense of calm that’s hard to find. The space is beautifully designed, with little artistic touches everywhere. It’s cosy, welcoming, and has this laid-back vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The rooms are simple but thoughtfully done, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing, reading, or just soaking in the atmosphere. One of the things we loved most was the people—the warmth and hospitality here make all the difference. Whether it was chatting with fellow guests or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings, it felt like a space that encourages connection and creativity. And Kannur itself was such a delight—we loved exploring its quiet beaches, soaking in the rich Theyyam culture, and indulging in some fantastic local food.
